Every piece is 3D-printed to order. Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. Larger pieces like wine racks can take a little longer; we'll let you know.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 12 for Christmas delivery in the US.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, US orders over $35 ship free on our website.
What material do you use?
We print in PLA, a durable, plant-based plastic with a soft matte finish. Small layer lines are part of the 3D-printed look.
Can I put fresh flowers in the vases?
Our vases are made for dried flowers and pampas. For fresh flowers, place a small glass insert inside.
Are the pieces food safe?
Our bowls and baskets are decorative. Use a liner, napkin or wrapped treats for food.
How do I clean my piece?
Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep away from the dishwasher, direct heat and hot cars.
Can I personalize or request a custom piece?
Yes! Some items have a free personalization box. For other custom ideas, contact us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right. See our refund policy.
